The quality goals, as a deployment of our quality policies and the perception of the direction are defined and accompanied as to its evolution in critical meetings by the direction. These meetings involve the customer satisfaction research, monitoring and measuring of processes, development of human resources, internal and external auditing results, corrective and preventive actions on the period and other issues according to the demands.

The technical competence for executing the RAMS analyses, project verification and validation, focused on critical applications is of paramount importance to the quality of the services provided, customer satisfaction and to reach the goals.

The technical team is composed on its major part by professionals with great experience in project, implementation and implanting of systems focused in critical applications, once is the basic philosophy of the company that a good analyst or validator shall have experience in project, what permits a wider understanding of the object of the analysis and validation, as well as the discernment for defining the gravity of the troubles found and the possible consequences and mitigations. We have also in our team professionals with broad experience in quality assurance, knowing international and national norms.

All professionals keep continually updated by executing the services if safety analysis, reliability analysis, availability analysis, verifications and validations of products and subsystems for the rolling stock suppliers and metro-rail signaling and control systems providers, besides developing didactical activities at universities.
